Feats
If your chosen background does not give you a feat you may choose feats from the lists below to bring your character up too 3 points worth of feats. When selecting a feat which increases an attribute, you may not increase that attribute further via another feat. If you select another feat which would normally have allowed a further Attribute increase, its cost is reduced by 1 to a minimum of 1.
