Many suspect she is an agent of the Daughters of Sora Kell
He claims to have come in recognition of the growing importance of the town

Seems to be genuinely interested in the people of the town and can often be found drinking in off to Towns many Taverns or enjoying a show in the Rose Theatre
Happy to talk about her homeland with anyone interested enough to ask
Has set up her tent of the edge of The Haunt, much to the horror of the locals
